Matt Dirr, General Manager

Matt is a licensed contractor and independent property adjuster with 18 years’ experience managing post-loss reconstruction projects nationwide He holds the following certifications: BPI licensed building analyst; HAAG Engineering residential and commercial roof inspector; TWIA Wind Claims Adjuster, SF residential adjuster, IICRC smoke, fire, water, and structural drying technician. He is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, as well as a TRI Certified Installer. He has evaluated and managed construction for thousands of post-loss disaster projects in 14 states around the country.

Matt is a graduate of University of Virginia (BA), Arizona State University (MA Anthropology, MBA) and Thunderbird School of Global Management (MIM). He is a bilingual Spanish speaker.

Taylor Ludy, Sales Manager

Taylor is a Wisconsin native who has called Colorado home since 2016. He has been in the construction industry since college where he completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is HAAG certified and has helped assist thousands of homeowners through the insurance claims process. In his free time, Taylor enjoys playing hockey, taking care of his two dogs, and rooting for the Colorado Avalanche and Green Bay Packers.

Sheila Hyett, Senior Administrator

Sheila has an accounting background with a preference of puzzling over debits and credits. Moving to CO in 1999, she re-ignited her love for fiber arts. In her spare time, she likes to think of numbers in correlation to stitches in knitting and creating yarn on her spinning wheel.

Abigail “Abby” Lucero, Business Development

Abby completed her education at The Los Angeles Film School in May, but her heart remains in Colorado where she grew up. As she begins to grow her career in the film industry, she is happy to have found a place in the Cenco Family. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her dog, Boulder.

Cole Edwards, Licensed Insurance Adjuster

Cole is a Colorado native and loves it too much to ever want to leave. After graduating from CU Boulder, he immediately went into sales but has found a home in the construction industry and has been in it over a year now. He loves to watch football, hockey, soccer, and the golf course is his happy place.

George Eigner, Insurance Supplements

George heralds from the Southern tip of the US, all the way in the Florida Keys. He moved to Colorado in 2012 after a career as a teacher. He loves the Roofing business for his ability to help customers restore the beauty and function of their homes. In his free time George enjoys everything outdoors, from ocean to snow sports.

Jack Prickett, Licensed Insurance Adjuster

Jack is a Colorado native who has been in sales and customer service for 25 years. He is a licensed independent adjuster and is OSHA trained.

He is married with a wonderful son and is an avid golfer in his free time, which isn’t often these days!

Chuck Rike, Licensed Insurance Adjuster

Chuck is a Colorado native, born and raised near Denver. He received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Colorado and was a licensed property adjuster with State Farm Insurance for over 28 years before he teamed up with Cenco. He has extensive experience in evaluating roofing products and determining the threats of potential wind and hail damage, but his favorite part of the job is the support he brings to homeowners in the aftermath of a storm.

Megan Fontes, Sales Consultant

Megan is a Colorado native who loves to be outdoors whenever possible. Graduated from MSU Denver with a BSN Nutrition degree. She found that health and wellness was a personal passion, and she felt at home in the gym. She is new to construction sales but comes from many years of sales and customer care in the service industry. She loves to interact with people and stay busy.

Connor Sweeney, Sales Consultant

Connor is a Virginia native who has called Colorado home since 2021. He has worked in technology sales since college where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Gettysburg College while playing 4 years of NCAA Division 3 Lacrosse. In his free time, Connor enjoys working out, making music, socializing, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills. Sorry Broncos fans!

Kyle Sell, Sales Consultant

Kyle is a Colorado native and Colorado State University graduate. Go rams! As a former personal trainer, he has a passion for helping people and loves to make his customers happy. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching sports, especially basketball. He loves meeting new people and looks forward to working with you!

Tyler Gibson, Sales Consultant

Tyler is a Coloradan, through and through! Tyler loves sports, especially the Broncos. Any Sunday you can catch him tuning into the NFL games that day. Tyler also loves playing with his daughter, anything outdoors from camping, fishing, to grilling in his backyard, and his dogs. He has 4 large dogs and couldn’t imagine life any other way!
